Travian is a browser game featuring a world with thousands of other real players. One begins the game acting as a chief of a tiny village.
You can choose between three tribes in Travian, Romans, Gauls and Teutons. Each tribe has got its own advantages and disadvantages and their troop types are very different, too.

I'm almost reminded of the comic book 'Asterix and Obelix" in reference to the different tribes they've chosen, but it's also strategy in picking carefully between how much do you allocate to resources, to infrastructure, to defense, to offense. Easy to learn, hard to master, play against thousand of others online as well - a very well crafted game!"
